Time: Contestants arrive 4:15, judging begins at 5:00 PM

Print and mail registration 
• The entry fee will be $20.00 per chili entered. All contestants must register with Gross Catholic below and give a short description of their chili.
• All ingredients must be pre-cooked & treated prior to the event – chili is to be brought “ready-to-eat.”
• Contestants are responsible for supplying all of their own utensils & products relating to their chili submission, serving and maintenance of its proper temperature for serving. Spoons and cups for use in serving chili to the general public will be provided.
• Each contestant must cook a minimum of 4 quarts of competition chili.
• Contestants must be at Gross Catholic at 4:15 p.m.
• The decision of the judges is final. Judging will be based on score cards & tickets. 75% of the final tally will be from the judge's score cards (comprised of an alumnus, current parent and a current student). 25% will be from “people’s choice.” President Cleveland will be the tie-breaker judge.
• Each contestant is responsible for policing and cleaning up the area at the end of the day and removing all items from the area. No items shall be allowed to remain after the close of the Cook-off.
• Chili may be distributed to the public only after judging has commenced (after 5:00 p.m.)
• Public tastes chili entries and when finished gets a ticket from the judging table and puts ticket in bucket next to favorite chili.
• Judges vote at 5:00 p.m.
• Public voting open until 5:45 p.m.
• Winners announced at halftime at the football game.
