Meet the Staff

Faculty member Tim Powers has been teaching at Gross for 8 years, where he has enjoyed working in a family atmosphere. He currently teaches American History, American Government, Psychology, and Criminal Justice. Mr. Powers also coaches girl's basketball, and boy's golf. Mr. Powers is an alumni of Gross and went to Appalachian State University. In his spare time, Mr. Powers likes to golf, travel, and spend time with his kids, Trey and Andrew.
