Mrs. Cheryl Sacco is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a 1985 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Coach Sacco instructs the Strength and Conditioning classes and provides safe, effective programs for Gross Catholic's athletics.  Her husband graduated from Gross (Class of '81.) They have 4 children.
