Mrs. Denise Gehringer (’85 Gross Catholic graduate.) has been involved at Gross Catholic since 1989 when she began coaching with the Dance Team. Currently Mrs. Gehringer enjoys working as the Commons Manager. This job oversees the operations of the vending and lunch services, transportation services, and book and spirit apparel sales.  In addition to directing the Varsity, JV & Junior High All-Star Dance programs. She contributes as choreographer for the school musicals and the Blue Printz show choir and also adjudicates locally at area dance auditions. She has served as the Gross Catholic Celebration Raffle Chair since 2002.  Mrs. Gehringer was born and raised in Omaha and currently resides in Papillion with her husband who also graduated from Gross Catholic. They have 4 sons.  In her spare time, Mrs. Gehringer serves on the Operating Board of the Monroe Meyer Institute and the Omaha Down Syndrome Parents Network MAC board.  She is also the founder and director of the Bellevue TOPSoccer Program for children with special needs and is currently the Nebraska State Soccer Special Needs Commissioner.
