Mr. Randy Schmitz is in his first year of teaching at Gross Catholic, but has been teaching science in Catholic High Schools for twelve years. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from South Dakota State University, and a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Peru State College. He is teaching Laptop Chemistry and AP Chemistry this year at Gross Catholic, as well as coaching Freshman Football. He and his wife, Trixy, have lived in Bellevue for 8 years, and are members of St. Mary's Parish in Bellevue. They have 5 children.
