Junior Cougar Wrestling is for student in grades K-8. The club practices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays during the season. Beginning wrestlers start practice on November 21 and advanced wrestlers start on November 7. The club competes in various tournaments and duals. Registration is October 23 & 24 in the Gross Catholic wrestling room.
