Student Recognition
Please join us for the 2007 Induction Ceremony on Tuesday, October 16th at 9:00 AM in the Gross Catholic Main gym.
The National Honor Society, founded in 1921, was created to recognize students for their academic achievement, service, leadership, and character. Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School has been a chartered member of the National Honor Society since 1971 as the Archbishop Gerald T. Bergan Chapter.
Acceptance Requirements
- Minimum 3.25 cumulative grade point average
- Three verified leadership roles (elected, appointed, or voluntary in school, the community, or the church)
- Twenty hours of community service in the community
- Three teacher endorsements
- One essay
- Must be a junior or a senior
- Application process and induction ceremony in the fall
